BJSS-8 Horizontal Stainless Steel Condensate Return System for 50–60 Boiler HP
The BJSS-8 horizontal stainless steel condensate return system is built for boiler applications that need a corrosion-resistant boiler feed package with greater receiver capacity and a higher horsepower pump for demanding steam loads. This unit includes a 24" diameter x 36" long 304 stainless steel horizontal receiver tank, mounted stand, float assembly, gauge glass, and a factory-plumbed Burks CS-series pump package.
Designed for boilers from 50 to 60 HP, this system provides added condensate storage and stronger pump performance for higher-demand applications while maintaining a horizontal footprint. The stainless tank helps resist corrosion, while the mounted pump and pre-piped assembly reduce installation time in the field.

- 24" diameter x 36" long horizontal receiver tank in 304 stainless steel

- Float assembly option: 1/2" or 3/4" float assembly
- Brass float valve, brass rod, and 5" copper float ball
- Set of brass gauge glass fixtures with 10-3/4" gauge glass
- Pump option: Burks 330CS7M three-phase pump
- 3 HP, 3500 RPM turbine pump package
- Factory plumbing including pipe nipples, gate valve, strainer, union, and boiler drain; plumbed and ready to install
