These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Rema LLC website and to purchases, quotes, orders, and transactions with Rema LLC.
By using this website, placing an order, requesting a quote, or purchasing from Rema LLC, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Products and Applications
Rema LLC supplies commercial and industrial equipment, including condensate return systems, replacement return tanks, boiler feed equipment, Dri-Vac vacuum equipment, Burks pumps, pump parts, repair kits, and fabricated equipment.
Customers are responsible for confirming that products are suitable for their application before ordering. This includes verifying model numbers, voltage, phase, horsepower, flow requirements, pressure requirements, connection sizes, dimensions, materials, temperature limits, installation conditions, and any code or regulatory requirements.
Quotes and Pricing
Prices, quotes, product availability, freight charges, and lead times are subject to change unless otherwise stated in writing. Written quotes are valid only for the time period stated on the quote.
Rema LLC reserves the right to correct pricing errors, product errors, availability errors, shipping errors, website errors, or order-processing errors.
Orders
Order acceptance is subject to product availability, payment approval, customer account status, vendor availability, production capacity, and Rema LLC review.
Some products may require a deposit, progress payment, payment before release, or payment before shipment. Special-order pumps, vendor-supplied items, freight shipments, custom equipment, and fabricated items may have additional payment or cancellation requirements.
Payment
Payment terms depend on the product type, order type, customer account status, and payment method. Online orders are generally paid through checkout. Certain commercial, custom, freight, or special-order transactions may require payment by invoice, ACH, wire transfer, company check, deposit, or payment before shipment/release.
Rema LLC may hold, delay, or cancel an order if payment is declined, delayed, disputed, reversed, incomplete, or otherwise not received according to the agreed terms.
Changes and Cancellations
Order change and cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible. Rema LLC will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes before shipment, production, vendor ordering, or processing.
Custom-built items, fabricated tanks, made-to-order systems, special-order pumps, electrical items, vendor-ordered items, and products already in production or processing may not be cancelable.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping dates, production dates, and delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed in writing. Freight charges, accessorial fees, residential delivery fees, liftgate fees, redelivery fees, storage fees, and other carrier charges may be the responsibility of the customer.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and confirming that the delivery location can receive the shipment. Customers are also responsible for inspecting shipments at delivery and noting visible damage with the carrier before signing.
Returns
Returns require prior approval from Rema LLC. Standard stocked items may be eligible for return within 30 days if they are new, unused, uninstalled, undamaged, complete, and returned in acceptable condition.
Custom-built items, made-to-order equipment, fabricated tanks, special-order pumps, electrical components, installed equipment, used equipment, damaged items, and products ordered incorrectly by the customer may not be returnable.
Approved returns may be subject to restocking fees, return freight charges, vendor return rules, inspection, and condition review.
Product Information
Rema LLC makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, images, drawings, lead times, pricing, and availability. However, product information may change, and errors may occur.
Product images may be representative and may not show every option, configuration, connection, fitting, or variation.
Installation and Use
Products sold by Rema LLC should be installed, wired, connected, operated, and maintained by qualified personnel in accordance with applicable codes, safety requirements, manufacturer instructions, and site conditions.
Rema LLC is not responsible for improper installation, incorrect product selection, misuse, unauthorized modification, lack of maintenance, incorrect wiring, incorrect application, or failure to follow applicable instructions or requirements.
Warranties
Manufacturer-supplied products may be subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. Rema-built products may be subject to applicable written warranty terms provided by Rema LLC.
Warranty coverage does not apply to misuse, improper installation, incorrect application, normal wear, corrosion, abuse, unauthorized repair, unauthorized modification, damage in transit, or operation outside recommended conditions unless otherwise approved in writing.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rema LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of production, downtime, lost profits, labor charges, removal costs, installation costs, replacement costs, or other related expenses unless specifically agreed in writing.
Website Use
Website content is provided for general information, product reference, and purchasing support. Rema LLC may update, remove, or modify website content at any time.
Users may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, or use website content in a misleading, unlawful, or harmful manner.
Third-Party Links
The Rema LLC website may contain links to third-party websites, manufacturers, vendors, payment systems, shipping carriers, or other outside services. Rema LLC is not responsible for the content, policies, security, or practices of third-party websites.
