AirFlow Condensate Units
Shop AirFlow condensate units and condensate recovery units for commercial HVAC, boiler rooms, institutional facilities, laundries, manufacturing, and industrial process-steam applications.
AirFlow packaged units collect returning condensate in a vented receiver and automatically pump it back toward the boiler room or other condensate-handling equipment. Units are available in simplex and duplex configurations with multiple receiver capacities and pump selections.
- Simplex and duplex condensate recovery units
- Multiple receiver capacities for commercial and industrial systems
- Multiple pump horsepower and discharge-pressure selections
- Single-phase and three-phase electrical configurations where available
- Optional stainless steel receivers, motor upgrades, valves, gauges, and controls

Shop AirFlow Condensate Units
Start by choosing a simplex or duplex condensate unit. Individual products are organized by receiver capacity, with available pump horsepower and configuration information shown on each product page.
Simplex Condensate Units
Single-pump condensate recovery units for applications where one pump provides the required condensate flow and discharge performance.
Duplex Condensate Units
Two-pump condensate recovery units for applications requiring alternating operation, additional pumping capacity, or redundancy depending on the control arrangement.
Condensate Unit Sizing & Technical Information
Receiver capacity and pump horsepower are separate selections. Receiver size is based on the condensate load, while pump selection depends on required flow and discharge pressure or total dynamic head.

How to Choose Between Simplex & Duplex
Start with the required condensate capacity and determine whether the application needs one pump or two. Receiver capacity determines how much condensate the unit can collect, while the pump determines how much water the system can move at the required discharge pressure.
- Simplex units use one pump and are typically selected where a single pump provides the required capacity and discharge performance.
- Duplex units use two pumps and may provide alternating operation, additional capacity, or pump redundancy depending on the controls.
- Receiver capacity should be selected from the condensate or steam load rather than pump horsepower alone.
- Pump horsepower must be selected from required flow and discharge pressure or total dynamic head.
- Voltage and phase should be confirmed before ordering.
If the required receiver capacity, condensate flow, or discharge pressure is unknown, review the AirFlow condensate unit sizing and technical information or email info@remausa.com.
Optional Accessories & Upgrades
AirFlow condensate units can be supplied with optional equipment and factory upgrades for different installation, environmental, and operating requirements. Available options depend on receiver size, pump model, electrical configuration, and application.
Condensate Units for HVAC, Boiler Rooms & Process Steam
AirFlow condensate recovery units can be used where condensate cannot reliably return by gravity alone or where the pump must overcome elevation, piping losses, or return-line backpressure.
AirFlow Condensate Unit or Rema Return / Boiler Feed System?
AirFlow condensate recovery units are a separate packaged equipment line from the condensate return and boiler feed systems manufactured by Rema.
