Description

AirFlow 20 Gallon Simplex Condensate Unit

The AirFlow 20 Gallon Simplex Condensate Unit is a
single-pump condensate recovery package designed to collect returning
condensate in a vented receiver and pump it back toward the boiler room or
other condensate-handling equipment.

The 20 gallon simplex series is available with multiple pump selections
from 1/2 HP through 2 HP to match different condensate flow and
discharge-pressure requirements. Pump selection should be based on the
required GPM and total discharge pressure or total dynamic head rather
than horsepower alone.

20 Gallon Receiver Information

  • Receiver capacity: 20 gallons
  • Configuration: Simplex / single pump
  • Receiver dimensions: approximately 24″ × 14.5″ × 14.5″
  • Overall dimension with pump: approximately 27.5″
  • Condensate return connection: 2″
  • Pump discharge: 1″ on C through F; 1-1/2″ on G
  • Electrical options: single-phase and three-phase configurations

The condensate return connection is located on the rear side of the
receiver. Refer to the AirFlow dimensional drawing for complete connection
locations, dimensions, and installation details before ordering or laying
out piping.

Selecting the Correct Pump

Receiver capacity and pump horsepower are separate selections. Choose the
pump model based on the required condensate flow and discharge pressure or
total dynamic head. If these values are not known, contact Rema before
ordering for assistance selecting the correct model.

Select the required motor voltage and phase when ordering.
Three-phase units require an existing motor starter or control panel
at the installation.

Optional Accessories & Upgrades

AirFlow condensate units are available with optional accessories and
upgrades for different installation, environmental, and operating
requirements. Availability and compatibility may vary by receiver size,
pump model, electrical configuration, and application.

  • Stainless steel 1/4″ thick receiver
  • Multi-stage high-pressure pumps
  • TEFC or explosion-proof motors
  • Simplex or duplex control panel
