AirFlow 40 Gallon Simplex Condensate Unit
The AirFlow 40 Gallon Simplex Condensate Unit is a
single-pump condensate recovery package designed for commercial HVAC,
boiler-room, and industrial steam applications.
The 40 gallon simplex series is available with pump selections from
1/2 HP through 2 HP. Pump selection should be based on the required
condensate flow and discharge pressure or total dynamic head rather
than horsepower alone.

40 Gallon Receiver Information
- Receiver capacity: 40 gallons
- Receiver construction: 1/4″ thick steel
- Configuration: Simplex / single pump
- Dimensions: approximately 30″ × 14.5″ × 24″
- Overall dimension with pump: approximately 37″
- Pump discharge: 1″ on C through F; 1-1/2″ on G
- Electrical options: single-phase and three-phase configurations

receiver dimensions, and installation clearances before ordering or laying
out piping.
Selecting the Correct Pump
Choose the pump model based on required condensate flow and discharge
pressure or total dynamic head. If these values are not known, contact
Rema before ordering for assistance selecting the correct model.
Select the required motor voltage and phase when ordering.
Three-phase units require an existing motor starter or control panel
at the installation.
